The first thing every sales team should automate is lead assignment. Bitrix24 lets you assign leads round-robin across your team, or by territory, product line, or source. Set this up in CRM → Automation → Business Processes. Key tip: always set a fallback assignee — the automation fails silently if an assigned rep is deactivated.
