Cubicles is a B2B SaaS platform for coworking space operators. Tenants book desks and meeting rooms; operators manage floor plans, utilisation, and billing from a central admin.
Booking state had to be consistent in realtime — two users must never book the same desk at the same time. Billing was complex: day passes, monthly memberships, meeting room credits.
Optimistic locking at the database level prevents double bookings. Laravel Sanctum handles multi-tenant auth. Stripe Billing manages the subscription and credit system. Booking confirmations via Twilio SMS.
Drag-and-drop floor plan editor for operators. Real-time availability view for tenants.
Day passes, memberships, meeting room credits — all handled by Stripe Billing.
