Cashfree is India's leading payment gateway for business collections. This integration brings all of Cashfree's power — payment links, payouts, refunds — directly inside Bitrix24 so your team never has to leave the CRM. Transaction statuses update automatically, making reconciliation effortless.
Log in to your Cashfree merchant dashboard. Navigate to Developers → API Keys under the Payment Gateway section. Test keys are auto-generated; for production, click "Generate API Keys" and complete 2FA authentication.
In Bitrix24, go to Developer Resources → Inbound Webhook → Create. Set scopes: CRM, Payment System, Online Store. Copy the generated webhook URL.
Install the Cashfree app from Bitrix24 Marketplace. In app settings, paste your Client ID, Secret Key, and Inbound Webhook URL. Select payment mode (Test or Live).
Open a Bitrix24 CRM entity (Deal or Smart Process). Add product(s) in the Products tab. Click "Receive Payment", choose Cashfree as the payment system, configure post-payment automation, select your SMS provider, then send the payment link to your customer.
Once the customer pays, the transaction status updates to "Paid" automatically. The deal timeline logs the full payment event for reconciliation.
