The Razorpay Bitrix24 Integration streamlines payment processing by keeping everything inside your CRM. No switching tabs, no manual status updates, no missed payments. Generate a link, send it, and watch your deal move to the next stage automatically on payment confirmation.
Log in to your Razorpay account. Navigate to Account & Settings → API Keys. Generate keys for Test or Live mode and save them securely.
In Bitrix24, go to Developer Resources → Inbound Webhook → Create. Set required scopes: CRM, Payment System, Online Store. Copy the generated webhook URL.
Install the Razorpay app from Bitrix24 Marketplace. In app settings, paste your Client ID, Secret Key, and the Inbound Webhook URL. Select payment mode (Test or Live).
Open a Bitrix24 Deal or Smart Process. Add a product in the Products tab. Click "Receive Payment", choose Razorpay as the payment system, configure post-payment automation, select your SMS provider, and send the payment link to your customer.
Once the customer completes payment, the deal stage updates automatically to "Paid". Payment details appear in the deal timeline for a full audit trail.
