The WATI Bitrix24 Integration is a powerful tool for businesses looking to unify their communication channels, automate messaging workflows, and deliver a seamless customer experience. With two-way messaging, automatic CRM sync, and open channel support, every WhatsApp conversation becomes a trackable, searchable CRM event.
Access your WATI account, navigate to More → API Docs, and retrieve your Access Token and API Endpoint URL.
In Bitrix24, go to Application menu → Developer Resources → Others → Inbound Webhook → Create. Configure permissions for CRM, Messaging Service, and Chat/Notifications. Copy the generated webhook URL.
Install WATI from the Bitrix24 Marketplace. Paste your API Endpoint, Access Token, and webhook URL into the app settings.
For open channel support: navigate to Developer Resources → Common Use Cases → Other → Local Application. Set Handler Path to https://apps.izaap.in/apps/wat/index2.php and Installation Path to https://apps.izaap.in/apps/wat/install_open_channel.php. Copy Client ID and Secret Key, then connect via Contact Center → WATI Open Channel.
Use the Sync Templates tab in Marketplace app settings to pull all your approved WATI templates into Bitrix24.
In your WATI account go to More → Webhooks → Add Webhook. Set up three webhook URLs for Message Received, Template Message Sent/Failed, and Session Message Sent — replacing YOUR BITRIX24 DOMAIN with your actual domain.
