Export your data from the source system (CRM, spreadsheet, or event list) as a CSV or Excel file. Ensure column headers match the data they contain.
Upload your file in the SPA Import interface. Use the visual field mapper to match your columns to the corresponding Bitrix24 contact, deal, or lead fields — including custom fields.
Review the pre-import validation report. Errors and duplicate flags are highlighted before any data is written to your CRM.
Commit the import. Check the import history log to confirm all records were created successfully. Use the rollback option if any corrections are needed.
